Between 1908 and 1911 Picasso and George Barque painted land scrapes in a new style. This style was named Cubism by critics who described the work as being made of “little cubes” they created this style by breaking down and analysing a object. The main colour scheme for this painting was many browns and other muddy colours (monochromatic colours).

Pablo Picasso.

Pablo Picasso was born in October 1883. He was at the age of 92 when he died in April 1973. Picasso came from a Spanish background. Picasso worked in many different fields some of which are: painter, sculptor and print maker. He was one of the most influential artist in the 20^th centuary.
